What a gorgeous wedding, not sure where to begin. Jillian and Brent were married at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, MI on June 29th, 2013. This beautiful couple is from Michigan, but they live in Tennessee so we got to know each other better over the phone beforehand. I couldn’t wait to meet this sweet couple.

The day started out with the girls getting ready in a lovely condo in downtown Charlevoix. The ceremony and reception were held at the Castle and I was so amazed with all the details in this wedding. Jillian, her mom and sister worked very hard to make the day absolutely beautiful and boy did they succeed! Jillian’s bouquet was wrapped in a glove her Grandma Moran (her mother’s mom) wore on her wedding day. I loved the butterfly chandelier! Jillian has always loved butterflies. The story is she was once held back from an elementary transitional class because she was a “social butterfly”  and it just sort of stuck.  So that is the significance of the butterfly throughout the wedding. The blue insulators and mason jars are family heirlooms (her great uncle had collected them.) The escort card door, candy table, butterfly and paper chandelier, love bench, table runners, ribbon backdrop, window mobiles, arrow sign, bean bag boards, were all made by Jillian’s mother! Amazing! The gorgeous invitations were also designed by her sister, Marci. Unbelievable details. Enjoy their preview.

Congratulations Jillian and Brent! You were so kind and I was honored to be your photographer!
